Treasurer's Report

After discussing it with members of our committee, we've decided too keep the money as transparent as possible.

Costs: Rocky Mountain Turf Club (aka Bully's/ aka Exhibition) - $650 already booked and paid for  -this venue holds up to 175 people

         Catered Dinner - $35/per person

         General Stewart School - approxiamately $100

           Jumping Castle and Jumping Obstacle Course - $350  

           Website (1 year) - I have already paid $97.00 - I would like to add more years to the                                         website if we generate enough funds.

 Other costs:  Photobooth at reunion - looking into cost

                          Name tags with pictures - looking into cost

                         Prizes at dinner - depends on funds available

                     Other ideas - activities at the Family Event on Saturday

        TOTAL COSTS:    (need to add cost of dinner per person, prizes, photobooth)

 

Funds: Paid through website - 14 people at $20 = $280

                                   [website takes %4.9 so fees are $16.42] leaving $263.58.

 

           Paid by direct cheque - 6 people at $19.02

                                   (I have taken off the %4.9 that the website takes)

                                                       = $114.12

        TOTAL FUNDS = $377.70
