WE DID IT AGAIN!!! It was such a fun time getting together again and I don't think there is any question that we were the crowd-pleaser - even the 2nd time through the parade route!! Had to work in the video store Sunday evening and then again last night and saw some folks from some of the other classes so I tried to stir up some competition but, hey, we'll keep taking 1st place as long as they give it to us, right?!?!? Thanks to all who put in more time to get the float ready! Here's looking to three in a row in 2011!

Well, why not?? We all went to school in Lacona at some point too so no reason not to share the talent. I'd be happy to do what I can. What could we do with water that's related to a family picnic?? Ok guys the slide show for the fourth is on the site. You have to go to " Photo 4th Slide Show"

then you see the pictures click on a picture and let the slide show begin. It will be on for awhile but there are 92 pictures and that makes the site 89% ful we may have to cut back on them some. So enjoy them, we had fun making and riding it. Thanks, Tiny....

First off, where is my good-looking cousin Dan?? He hasn't been on the forum since the parade has he?

The photos are GREAT y'all and the float was too funny!! It looks as if you had a fantastic time and you know next year maybe we will try to get back for the 4th as I would love to be a part of all the hilarity. Seeing all your faces in the photos it takes me back 32 years to when we were kids all over again. Time has sure flown.

I don't know why more classmates didn't participate - party poopers!

I am still suffering from riding crosslegged in a tub of water on a parade float that went through the parade TWICE! It was freakin' awesome. Wish everyone could have been there.

I loved every minute and EVERY trip through the Milo Parade.

Somehow, I feel we are uniquely blessed to have a class that still enjoys and craves to be together. Looking at the pictures is such a nice feeling to see a bunch of 50 year-old (most of us) kids having FUN.

Thank you classmates for being such wonderful spirits. I am honored to be in the CLASS of 1978. Even sitting in a tub of water.
