MARK RAYMOND GOSSELL

Mr. Mark Raymond Gossell, age 68, of Forrest City, died Sunday, Oct. 22, 2017, at his home in Forrest City. His death came sudden and unexpected.
Mr. Gossell was born Oct. 19, 1949, in Waukegan, Ill., and was the son of Harvey Gossell and Grace Elizabeth Achen Gossell. He was a retired teacher and current employee for Calvary Christian School, was retired from Boar's Head, and was a member of the Fellowship Bible Church in Forrest City.
Mr. Gossell married Beatrice Stubrich in 1974, and she survives him along with three daughters, Rebekah Silvija Rempe, and husband, Michael, of Spokane, Wash., Ruth Elizabeth Gossell of Chicago, and Rachel Lynn Musser, and husband, Ryan, of Richardson, Texas; three brothers, Peter Gossell, and wife, Betty, of Australia, Randy Gossell of California, and Jonathan Gossell, and wife, Jill, of Florida; one sister, Lisa Bartlitt, and husband, Fred, of Utah; his father, Harvey Gossell of Mundelein, Ill.; and one granddaughter, Beah Rempe.
Visitation will be held Friday, Oct. 27, 2017, beginning 2 p.m., at the Calvary Christian School Elementary Chapel.
Services for Mr. Gossell will follow, at 3 p.m., with burial in Forrest Park Cemetery. Stevens Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
