Criela Peterson of Libertyville Criela Peterson (nee Guerra), 62, died Saturday, March 3, 2012, in Long Grove, Ill. Criela had been a primary school teacher in Florida, was a member of the Security Division for Sears, had been employed by Harris Bank and was a member of St. Joseph Parish, Libertyville. She is survived by her sisters, Crescentia (Jose) Aguilar and Crisanta (Herman) Molve. She was the aunt of five; and great-aunt of six. She was preceded in death by her parents, Espiridion and Luz Guerra; and her brother, Espiridion. A funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 7, at St. Joseph Church, 121 E. Maple, Libertyville. Interment will be in Ascension Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, from 3 to 7 p.m. at McMurrough Funeral Chapel, Ltd., 101 Park Place (Route 176, one block east of Milwaukee Ave.), Libertyville.
