Lynn Marlene Boyte Worster was born on December 25, 1955 to Bob and Charlotte Boyte. She was baptized at the Lincoln Church of Christ by Pastor Glen Gray on March 22, 1988, and confirmed at Faith Lutheran Church on February 1, 1998 by Pastor Mark Hannemann. In her early years Lynn's family moved many times while her father served in the Air Force, starting with a move to Japan when she was six months old. She graduated from Lincoln Northeast High School in 1973. Lynn worked as a secretary for Wesco Distribution, Inc. for 20 years. She then worked as an accounting clerk for Boomer's Printing Company for 2 1/2 years. Lynn was married to Steve Worster on July 15, 1988 by Pastor Glen Gray at the Lincoln Church of Christ. Lynn and Steve were blessed with a son, Drew on October 19, 1991. Lynn died at her home in Lincoln on March 1, 1999, at the age of 43 years, 2 months, and 4 days. She is survived bu her husband Steve; son, Drew; parents Robert and Charlotte Boyte, all of Lincoln; brothers and sisters-in-law, Rick and Marta Boyte of Lincoln, and Russ and Michelle Boyte of Sacramento, California. Lynn loved the outdoors, walking, sitting by the lake and fishing. Lynn faced her illness with uncommon grace, strength and perseverence. Her gentle spirit and her example of faith and trust in God was a blessing to everyone whose lives she touched.
