I graduated from UT Tyler in 1992 with a degree in Accounting and remained in the Tyler area until I met my future husband (Ray Tew, Class of 1985) in 1999 while he was on leave from the U S Air Force. I moved to California in December 1999. We were married in March 2000 and I instantly became a mother to his three kids. In 2001, our son Cody was born. While in California I worked as an Accounting Manager for a local Credit Union. In 2003, Ray was sent to Korea for a year. As a follow on assignment, he was allowed to list a few bases that he would like to be stationed at. One of those was Little Rock Air Force Base. We have been here since early 2004. At that time, I went to work for a local TV Broadcasting Company but recently changed jobs. I am now a Cost & Budget Analyst for USAble Life Insurance Company. Ray has now passed his 20 year mark in the Air Force so we are eligible for retirement, but have chosen to stay in for a while longer.
We look forward to the day that we will be living back in Lindale. We used to visit Lindale about once a month, but since Cody became active in scouts, and started playing baseball, we haven't been able to do that as often as we would like. I look forward to seeing everyone at the Reunion.
