IF YOU HAVE SAID YOU COULD HELP WITH THE REUNION WE NEED YOU NOW!!!!
Many of you (and I mean MANY of you) have stepped up to say what can I do to help with the reunion ?
Now is your chance. Here is what you need to do ASAP!!
1. Go to the yahoo group (mcclellanclassof88)
2. If you have not joined &&..then join now!!
3. Then navigate to the databases (left hand side 6th or 7th down from messages)
4. When the page opens ~ go to whichever database you want (check all 3)
5. Each database is named by day and event and you will see name(s) on the database listing. This name is the final GO TO person for this event/day.
6. Open the database by clicking on the title.
7. Look at the title of the columns and decide what area you can help with. NOTE: If the name at the top of the column is blank or has ??? after it that means no one has volunteered to be the committee chair and we need someone NOW. If you are interested then let me know ASAP so I can put your name their and classmates will know who to contact.
8. Once you have found the area you can help with here is what you do. Go to the far right hand side at the bottom of the screen and click add record . Once you do a screen will pop up and you will be able to type your name in whichever area you want to help with. BE SURE YOU GO ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM AND PUT YOUR CONTACT INFO IN (HOW DO YOU WANT TO BE CONTACTED BY THAT COMMITTEE CHAIR ETC.)
9. When you have finished with entering your name in the area(s) you want to help then click on the ADD RECORD button at the bottom.
10. There you are done with that database. Repeat steps 6-9 for each database.
I know this seems like a lot to do but it is the only way we can keep up with ALL the classmates who have offered to help. We are so excited about this reunion and can not wait until June 20th.
