School Story:
I did a number of ridiculous things during those years in an effort to amuse those around me. After years of drinking, and Sociology courses, I now realize that it was just a feeble attempt to gain acceptance from my peers and to draw attention away from my perceived shortcomings. That being said, I had a hell of a lotta fun in Highschool! Hope I made you laugh.
I miss the simplicity of those days. Little things like Dennis forging passes to get me out of class, so that we could drive to Putt-Putt and play Double Dragon. Or, slipping over to Stacee's w/ Dennis and Vicki and playing in the pool. Football games with stale nachos and flat sodas followed by hours of hustle and bustle on Geyer Springs; those days are gone forever.
So to all of you out there who have been a part of my life, I would like to say that I love you, I miss you, and I hope that your life has turned out to be the way that you wished. If not, think about who you were then, and keep in mind that every new day is another opportunity to change your future.
