Ralph “Woody” Dillon, age 68 of Johns Creek, GA
peacefully passed away of natural causes on
10/24/20, at his home.

He was born on 06/07/52 in Little Rock, Arkansas,
and was the son of the late Richard Dillon and
Suzan (Sherron) Dillon. He was also preceded in
death by his daughter Allison Leigh Dillon,
brother Richard Dillon, brother Manley Dillon,
both sets of grandparents, Father and Mother-in-
law Don (Kay) Balcom. He has joined them once
again in eternal peace and love.

Woody was married to Gina (Balcom), his wife of
30 years. He was a devoted father, adoring
husband, and loved his family. Woody’s sense of
humor and loving nature to all that he met will
be greatly missed.

He is survived by his wife Gina, sister Valdia
Takushi, sister Becky Rettig, brother Jerry
(Phyllis) Dillon, brother-in-law Scott (Carol)
Balcom, and ten nieces and nephews.

A private memorial and celebration of life will
be scheduled later.

In lieu of flowers, Woody’s wish was for people
to show kindness to all. That is a priceless
gift. If you prefer, donations in Woody’s name can be
made to The Wounded Warriors Project
(www.WoundedWarriorProject.org/donate) or the St.
Jude’s Children’s Hospital (www.StJude.org)

Woody loved to gather and share inspirational quotes.
He would want everyone to remember…….

Enjoy the little things in life,
for one day you will look back
and realize they were the big things.
