Karla G. Hancock Martinez was born July 10, 1952 and passed away September 23, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents Lloyd and Louise Hancock. She is survived by her business associate of 19 years, Mark Rogers and her extended Georgia's Gyros family. She was considered by many to be "Wonder Woman" and will be greatly missed by everyone. A celebration of Karla's life will be held Sunday, October 2, 2016 at Georgia's Gyros in Lakewood Village from 1-4 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Rocky Ridge Refuge, P.O. Box 105 Midway, Arkansas 72651 or Habitat For Humanity.

Karla ran through my mind just a few days ago...felt like I needed to contact her. We had been friends since she moved on our street when she was only 4 yrs.old. Although we had some minor ups and downs through the years, we both knew we would always be there for each other in times of need. Karla's tough shell protected her kind heart. She, like her parents, will be missed.
