Velma Louise Sims Navra, 49, of North Little Rock, died June 28, 2001. She was born April 13, 1952, in Little Rock, Ark. She was Employed at Kroger in Little Rock.

She was predeceased by her father, Louis Edward Sims. She is survived by her mother, Ada Vann and stepfather, L.T. Vann of North Little Rock; her husband, Robert L. Navra; two sons, Sgt. First Class Robert Lynn Navra Jr., of Ft. Bragg, N.C., and Jeremy Leigh Navra of Hot Springs, Ark.; brother, Derel Vann and Wife Marilyn of Jacksonville; three sisters, Nancy Foster and husband Alan of Greenbrier, Ark.. Fannie St. John of Jacksonville, and Rene McElhaney of North Carolina; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family will welcome friends at Roller-Owens Funeral Home, (501) 791-7400, from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday. Funeral Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Roller-Owens Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
