DEATH OF STUDENT, 21, IS RULED AS SUICIDE. gary Alan Starnes, 21, of 118 West H Street, North Little Rock, a student at Southwest Vocational TechnicalSchool at Camden, died of a self-inflicted shotgun wound in the head about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday at a trailer park near Camden.
George Mathis, Ouachita County coroner,ruled the death a suicide. Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Alta Mae Starnes of North Little Rock; a sister, Mrs. Carroll Warden of Little Rock; his grandmothers, Mrs. G.N. Starnes of Little Rock and Mrs. D. T. Biles of North Little Rock. Funeral was today at Rest Hills Memorial Park Chapel at North Little Rock, Burial was in Rest Hills Memorial Park Cemetery by Proctor Funeral Home of Camden.
