Patsy Ann Mosley, age 69, of Cabot, Arkansas, passed
away on May 25th, 2021.

She was born on November 25, 1951, in Odessa, Texas to
Hansel James and Mary Ann Williams-Powell.

Patsy was a Real Estate Broker and worked in
construction with her husband in their family-owned
business serving the central Arkansas area for many
years. She loved her family, crocheting, art, and making
jewelry.  She loved her big family, she was intertwined
in four family’s; the Powell’s, Mosley’s, States, and
her Moose family. Patsy had a passion and love for
saving animals, and a passion for her own animals.

She is survived by her daughter; Sherri Mosley States
(Curt), grandchildren; Michelle Embry, James Mosley,
Mikey Mosley, Ryan Hunter, Alexis Hunter, and Claire
Mosley, eight great-grandchildren, brothers; Larry Wayne
Powell, Roger Dale Powell (Sandra), James Dewayne
Powell, and David Wayne Powell (Lisa), numerous nieces
and nephews, and many more family members and friends.

Patsy is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Robert Edward
Mosley who passed away on May 16, 2021, her parents Hansel James

and Mary Ann Williams-Powell, and her sons, John Jacob Mosley, and Michael
Lynn Mosley.

Interment will be at Arkansas State Veteran’s Cemetery
in North Little Rock at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the
Sherwood Moose Lodge, or your local animal shelter.
