Billy Lynn Hipps 62 of Alexander passed away on December 10, 2014 with his family by his side. He fought a brave and courageous battle with cancer. 

Billy enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and being outdoors spending time with his family and friends. He was also an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoyed watching baseball and listening to Pink Floyd. Billy loved his beloved animals that was always by his side, Lexi, Dori and Dexter. 

He was born on October 13, 1952 to the late, Hoyt and Pauline Hipps in Little Rock, Arkansas. Billy is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Bobby and Hank Hipps and sister, Lawana Reed. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Angie Hipps; daughter, Lauren Hipps; son, Aaron Hipps and his wife, Tiffany; granddaughters, Raeleigh and Addison; grandson, Brantley Hipps; sister, Sherry Reed; nephews, Michael and Lonnie; niece, Leah; Wesley Smith whom he always treated like a son and a host of family and friends who all loved him and will miss him dearly.
