Philip Lee Stephens, 70, of North Little Rock died October 20, 2022.  He was the son of the late Ernest and Sue Stephens of North Little Rock, Arkansas. Philip graduated from North Little Rock High School in 1970, served in the United States Army and retired from a 30 year career with the Department of the Interior. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.                                                                                                               
He is survived by his son: Michael (Rosalind) Petrovich and grandchildren: Danielle, Christopher, Michael, Jr. and Wessley Petrovich, from Soldotna, Alaska; daughter: Galadriel Stephens from North Richland Hills, Texas; daughter: Sarah Stephens and grandchildren: Liberti and Ethan Henry from Hurst, Texas; brothers: Gary L. Stephens (Luci) from North Little Rock, Arkansas, James Russell Stephens (Debra) from Cabot, Arkansas, and several nieces and nephews.                                                                                                        
A graveside military service will be held at 10am on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 West Maryland Avenue, North Little Rock, Arkansas.

Philip died of a heart attack.
