Life has been a roller coaster since 1980, but it has been great. Through the bad times I have learned to smile and appreciate the bond that we share as the Class of 80' since we roamed the halls of Little Rock Central High. In 3 days, September 10, I will be a (1 Year) heart attack survivor, I am so grateful to have your love and prayers. Two weeks ago, August 15, 2015 ~ my dad died in my arms, each of you were there in spirit and prayer, but some of you came in person, I am truly blessed.

Leading up to our 35th Reunion, I am ecstatic ~ I love life and I love each of you, I can't wait to see you and give you guys a true "Tiger" hug!
School Story:

My favorite school story was interviewing Cynthia Gregory of American Ballet Theatre. Mr. Lance gave me this assignment with no instructions other than, go and make us Tigers proud. I did just that, from that day forward, I have enjoyed being a journalist in both radio and print. My fond memories in addition to the one above is getting a pass to interview someone and checking Cecilia Woods and Debra Allen with me, pretending they were my subjects to be interviewed. Good Times!

September 10, 2014 ~ I suffered a heart attack. 9-11, the ladies of LRCH Class of 80, Wilma Tolbert Smith and LaDonna Walton were by my side in ICU. Thank you ladies and Class of 80 for all of your prayers.
