Samuel Jed Fletcher passed away suddenly on Saturday, February 10th in Tucson, Arizona. He was 56.
He is survived by his wife Jannette L. Fletcher, his son Samuel Brant Fletcher, his father, Samuel Glen Fletcher and his wife Barbara Johns Fletcher. He is also survived by four sisters, Jodie Familia, Susie Lundberg, Heidi Stewart and Jenna Fletcher.
He was an avid motocross enthusiast. Jed was a Mechanical Engineer and worked in the aerospace and defense industries in both Arizona and Colorado. In addition, he used his engineering talents to participate in the family business developing technology to assist with the speech and hearing impaired.
He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The funeral will be held on February 17 at 10 am at the Hyde Park, Utah 7th Ward followed by burial in the Logan Cemetery, Logan, Utah. There will not be a public viewing prior. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Missionary Fund.
