Bill Emmett Emmett

After graduating from USU, I started my career teaching math to 7th graders at Mound Fort Junior High on 12th Street in Ogden. While I enjoyed the commute to Ogden, I grabbed the opening at LHS the very next year, teaching both math and English. I've been there ever since, with the exception of two years teaching in Germany with the Department of Defense Dependent Schools (DoDDS). We lived near Heidleberg and the living was Sehr Gut!

Four wonderful daughters and one divorce later, I married Lorie Smith and got four immediate stepsons and later one more daughter who's now a high school sophomore. I'm still at Logan High, taking on the roll of the old curmudgeon teacher. When I'm not telling the students how back in the day we had to listen to music played on things called record players, I enjoy traveling with my wife, skiing with my kids, and running an occasional marathon.
