For 16 years I have co - sponsored a 501 C non profit and built a hospital, Library, and women's sewing training center in a remote area of Nepal. Went on a couple of Medical Missions and education mission to Kumari, Nepal. Running Farm in Idaho. Member of Left Hand Alliance Gold Mining LLC in Colorado a hippy gold mine to help people in their journeys of life.
Trekked in Tanzania and Nepal. Climbing Kilimanjaro, and going to Annapurna Base Camp. And the Everest Region. Climbed over 20 mtns greater then 14000. Ft. In 2013 took second trek with wife to Annapurna and helped in a second medical mission.
Traveled to, Egypt, Jordan, Turkey, Italy, Japan, Nepal, India, Taiwan, Germany, Sweden, France, England, Austria, Switzerland, Singapore, Canada, Mexico, Columbia, Tanzania, Indonesia, Myanmar, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Israel.
Love to Fish, Ski, hike, back pack. Support local symphony and homeless shelter. Snow shoed into 10th Mtn Huts in Middle of Winter for last 12 years. Slowing down the body seems to be getting older, doing bowling, skiing and volleyball.
Have been on Komoto Island a walked among the komoto dragons. Was in Jarkata when they told the US citizens to leave the day before we arrived. Was in Nepal when they declared Democracy. Work with Maoist leaders to build the school and library. Was in Nepal for the first democratic elections.
2014, still active in hiking and trekking. Have slowed down on running and biking. Spending lots of time with friends and family and enjoying the simple things in life like gardening. Help at the community college teaching older people computers and smart phones.
2015 involved heavily with earthquake relief in Nepal.
2022 Lot has happened still working in Nepal with non profit, providing Covid assistance, schools, Medical Clinic. What a life experience this has been.
