He lived on my street (Fanwood Avenue).  We were friends at Patrick Henry, but I did not see much of him at Millikan.

Like Harold, I lived on Ken's street, too ... actually, he lived right across the street from me and up three houses.  Next door to Robyn Cowart, also eulogized on these boards.  What is it about Fanwood?  Anyway, Ken lived in the house that used to be owned by my mom's best friend, Clara.  They moved to Arizona.  We visited them a couple of times in Flagstaff.  I mention her because she was the only person I ever knew who actually had an addiction to Coca-Cola ... by the time I knew her, of course, the coke in coca-cola was long gone and her addiction undoubtedly psychosomatic, but she felt she needed the stuff and she always had a bottle in her hand (never a can).  I forever remember going into her always darkened house and the CASES of coke bottles stacked up in the corner of the living room.  Creepy.  Anyway, Ken's folks bought the house from her when she moved, brightened it up significantly, and he inherited it from them when they passed.  Like Robyn, I would see him on my periodic trips home (who says you can't go home again?).  He did a really nice job remodeling and redesigning the home.  I miss him.
