Chuck Vreeland

VREELAND, III, CHARLES (CHUCK) HORACE, 55, passed away Monday, July 5th after a courageous battle with cancer. Chuck was born in Los Angeles, CA to Frances May Estes and Charles H. Vreeland, Jr., both who preceded him in death. Also preceding him in death was his brother John Vreeland. Chuck moved to Central Florida in 1989 and began his career with the Florida Department of Transportation. Chuck embraced life and enjoyed wood working, building and music. He loved people and always left a lasting impression on those he met. He was a wonderful husband, devoted father and center to his entire family. He is survived by his wife Jennifer Israel Vreeland of Geneva, FL; sons Charles (Chuck) Vreeland and John Vreeland of Las Vegas, NV; brother Michael Vreeland of Long Beach, CA; granddaughters Brooke and Bailey; niece Megan; nephews Jason, Nathan, Jeffrey and Jeremy as well as many dear friends. He will be missed dearly and his spirit will never be forgotten. An outdoor Memorial Service will be held at the Vreeland residence in Geneva at 10AM, Thursday, July 8. Hawaiian/ casual attire encouraged.

I lived right down the street from Chuck - a really nice guy!  Cute, too!  He died way too young!

Chuck was one of the nicest guys in High School. When other boys lacked tack, kindness, and humility, Chuck had it all. Way to young, Very sorry for your loss, as well as all of ours.
