The big party's details have been nailed down.  Blake Sohn is a member of the Wayzata Yacht Club and has reserved the club facilities for our big event on Saturday, Sept. 10th, from 6:30- 9:45 PM.  As a club member, Blake is able to use the facility at essentially no cost (although there is a refundable security deposit, so we will have to be somewhat well behaved....), helping to keep our overall reunion expense low.  Classmates can plan other informal activities for the weekend, including perhaps a Friday gathering at a local pub, golf on Saturday, a Saturday afternoon tour of the Pioneer Museum in Long Lake, etc.  This also coincides with Wayzata's JJ Hill Days, so there will be plenty of other activities to enjoy that weekend.  Other suggestions are welcome!

We've got some volunteers for the party, including Patty (Eisinger) Gregor, Cathy (Jacobs) Foy, Sheryl (Meyer) Ducharme, Chris Penwell, Blake Sohn, John Ducharme, and even Anna (Alger) Tolladay from far away California!  Please contact any of these classmates if you want to serve on any committee and/or help with the event.  Also, class website signups, while being a bit stronger with around 60 classmates having joined thus far, could still use some help so please start hounding those classmates in your social networks (physical or virtual) to join!   And don't forget to update your profile with photos, Orono memories and current updates.
