I left Mark Morris midway through 11th grade and joined the Navy. So I really didn't get to know a lot of people at school. After a short stay in the service, I spent the next 16 years or so traveling around working here and there, never working a job for more than a year or two. But I was having fun and seeing a lot a the country. I drove long-haul, worked oilfields in Louisianna, was a correctional officer in Arkansas, and went to school to become an EMT. Just a few of the jobs I had. I lived in Utah, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisianna and Washington. I met my first wife in 1993 and married in '94. Like all marrages we had our share of problems and tried to work through them, but divorced in 1999. That left me ready to meet the love of my life. We met at church and married in 2001. We have a great life together and are very happy. I went to work for the Cable company in Longview in 1995 and was there till 12/01 when I accepted a transfer to Friday Harbor. I worked there till I blew my back out and had to have a fusion surgery on it in 2007. The company did not keep me on after rehab, so I've had to start over again. I now work for Directv doing home installs all over the San Juan Islands. I love it. I'm kind of a professional ferry rider. Beyond that, Life is just normal mundain stuff. I am hoping to come to the reunion and see old friends and make new ones that where missed the first go around at MM. If anyone remembers me and wants to drop me an E-mail, I would love to hear from you.
Just to update you on my work, I have returned to the road and am driving truck again, longhaul. Got a little bored seeing the same sights out my window all the time.
