Went to WSU and studied Chemical Engineering. Met Shirley (prettiest girl in differential equations!). Got married 1983 right after graduating. Have worked in Pulp & Paper almost all of my career (growing up in Longview, who would have thought?). Currently living in Sequim and managing the Port Townsend Paper mill.
