Janet was a lifelong resident of Los Banos. She died of cancer  at Mercey Medical Center in Merced, California at age 63. She worked in child care at a local nursery for 14 years. She had one son. Her son was married to our classmate Nola's daughter. (They are divorced) She remained very shy. (Did not talk much)
