You know? Our 80s fashions were pretty hilarious, but we had some really good music going on.

And, can I just ask for a re-take on my yearbook picture? I'm sorry, but apparently I hadn't discovered the "right" make-up for me or something. My 11-year-old had enough good sense to say, "Mom, I have to have re-takes" when he hated his 5th grade class picture. He said, "Mom, this is what people will see for years when they look back at me." Let's be realistic...he's right on. Pretty savvy. Sorry about my being self-centered and, likely, best to not draw attention to my mousy look, but geez...wish I'd had Noah's advice back then. :)

I mean, for Pete's sake, Sherry Vaughan apparently rode her bike to have her picture taken...I was told by a reliable source. True, Sherry? Maybe I could have used a little bike-riding rosy glow and and hair down...or something. I know, vanity is pitiful...but we all go there.

You and me both on the yearbook pic. I remember I was ushered in, combed my hair, put on this tux piece that was laying there and we took something like 6 shots. Now, the kids have an entire "Senior photo shoot" with multiple outfits. I only had one pic where my smile wasn't crooked, and in that one, my hair was all poofed on one side. The good news is, 48 years old and all that hair is still here.

Greg, Linda - if you guys get a "retake" on your yearbook photo - then I want one too!  My picture is the worst (I look like I was 12 a the time - I tell my wife I was a childhood genius!).

Wow, Dave - Your video is awesome.  What a fantastic way to share what it was like to be at the 20yr reunion picnic and to spend time with old friends.
Thanks so much for taking the time to take record the video & share it.  I'm looking forward to our next gathering in July & I hope lots of other classmates are too!!

Great Video Dave!!  You got some great shots of my kids and my explanation of Coach Vandenberg throwing his 300 key "Key Ring" incluing the clip that held it to his belt... and hitting me in the helmet during football practice. Classic! And Greg... all I can say is I am consistent. I was fat in school, fat at the 20 year and fat this time!  Haha!!

So... I'm one of those "better late than never..." types and just found the link to the video.  When I click on it, it tells me EMI has "blocked it in my country" for copyright reasons...

Music police on a high school website???   Just doesn't seem right.

Anyone know how I can get a look at the video without going to jail? :-)

Hey Wildcats!  It has been 10 years since I logged into this account as I was thinking about our 40th coming up this year!  Are we all safe to come out of our homes with Covid 19 in our rear view mirrrors?  Or, do we have to wait until our 50th for a get together?  I will say after being home a lot this past year (like most of you) I  truly appreciate our 70's & 80's music that we took for granted at the time.  Hope all is well for you and your families where ever you all may be.  I'll check back shortly! If anyone knows what our class Prez has planned, please reach out!  Take care,

Rosie Fallon

Hoping by then everyone will be vaccinated and we can get togheter in the fall. Stay tune for more in the coming months.

Just an idea, since our dear friends and uppity alumni (always acting 1 year better than us) in the Class of 80 were unable to hold theirs last year, maybe we should ask them if they would like a combined reunion. Just an idea, probably a bad one. What was I thinking?
