Lisa Short (Dillander) sherri, i made mushrooms too . portabella mushroom stuffed with cheese and herbs andsteak and green,red,yellow,orange peppers and onions. it was delish. first time i ever made it . of course the kids and scott wouldnt eat it ,they had fajitas
