Cara Patterson (Short) Yes - it's better but it's got me feeling kind of groggy. I just got over a migraine Monday that lasted 7 days - I can't believe it came back already. I think I'm gonna have to go to the doctor to see if there are some new treatments.

Debra Lou Short (Dissell) It is probably all the stress and lack of sleep worrying over Mickey. But it is important for you to take care of yourself first. New medicines come out every day so maybe you need to upgrade. hope this one goes away soon and stays away. I have had a full day. I'm really sore so I am going to lay down for awhile. Aidan Riehl I don't know Cara. 2 days ago a girl at my school had a miagraine. Yesterday I woke up with one and I haven't had one in over a year, and have been fighting it today. Today alec had one. I think it may be the system.

Cara Patterson (Short) I thought you had to go to bed! You're awful young to be having migraines. I think mine are from stress - but I can't eat chocolate (or at least I'm not supposed to) because it triggers my migraines. And I LOVE chocolate!

Sorry, I am in as Aidan. I was helping him type fast because it was late. He is in bed now.

I have to tell you all this story before I log off. He was getting pretty wound up because it is nine. Anyway when he was getting dressed for bed he started jumping on the bed. I told him we don't do that and he said something back. I asked him if he thought God would be very happy with him after he just asked forgiveness for being bad. He said, "No, and I really don't feel like going to hell" I couldn't help but laugh. Off to bed he went. Gotta love that Catholic education. Scare em into behaving!!

Hey Vickie! Welcome home! I'm getting ready to get back to work. I brought work home that needed to be done by tomorrow and since I had to take Mickey to the doctor today I thought I'd work on it here. Then I got that stupid migraine and couldn't work on it all day. So... I've been working on it since about 6:00 and am almost done. I just took a break to see what's going on in the forum! Do you know if the date was set for bunco? It's going to be so much fun!

You MUST try the Migralief meds I get from the Internet. While I was in Florida, I ran out because I did not expect to stay so long. I took a chance on Vitamin B12, from Walgreen's (of course you can get it anywhere, I just happened to get it 2 for 1 that day) and it has been just as much a life-saver as the Migralief I have been ordering for two years. Cheaper, too. YOU MUST TRY IT. IT CAN'T HURT.

I was gone 46 days and only had 1, yes, one, bad migraine. I had 2 little ones, but 1/2 tablet nipped them almost immediately with no after effects. Isn't that something.

Believe me, I, of all people, know how you suffer with them.
