hello out there...its 2am can not go to sleep...i even took sleeping pills..my whole schedule is messed up...i do however feel really good. swelling in neck has gone down, and only taking 1 or 2 pain meds a day...sarah is having a girls only sleep over for her bday on friday..as of now there a 7 girls sleepping over...please say extra prayer for me and Lisa who is my helper..we have lots of fun stuff planned....i would like to hear some of your ideas an stories..of childhood sleepover stories or games...

I'm gonna be a grandma (again)!!!! Jason and Lindsey went to the doctor today to confirm - she's about 6 or 7 weeks - so that'll be a due date in November. Yeah!! Life is great! Mickey has been doing really good. We went to Vickie's today after the doctor's appt and sat over there for a while. He's even been able to take a few steps without the walker and is able to stand up straighter. The doctor said his labs were good other than being a little anemic - which is not unusual for as long as he's been on the antibiotic. We see the spine surgeon tomorrow so they will make a plan for surgery asap. At least he's stronger now so hopefully this surgery won't be as hard on him recovery-wise. I found a lawn chair out back that reclines, so we put it on the porch and he's able to sit in it very comfortably - so he's getting to sit outside which is helping his spirits considerably I think. We'll update everyone tomorrow after the doctor's decide what they are going to do.

cara ,congrats to you and the parents to be!!!tried to call mickey today but he didnt answer,guess thats when he was at the doctor.

i got rid of the 2 puppies today to good homes at that !may have a excellent home for luna tomorrow (dont wanna say for sure and jinx myself). any takers on scooby ?

hey sherri tell nick that scott still isnt smoking either . tell him bradleys memee is having a lung biopsy next tuesday to see if she has lung cancer.
they say it takes a few times to quit so no time like the present.

not much action on here lately . do we need a forum party or what ?

I became confused when I heard the word 'service' used with these agencies.

Internal Revenue 'Service'
U.S. Postal 'Service'
Telephone 'Service'
Cable TV 'Service'
Civil 'Service'
State, City, County & Public 'Service'
Customer 'Service'

This is not what I thought 'service' meant.

But today, I overheard two farmers talking, and one of them said he had hired a bull to'service' a few cows.

BAM!!! It all came into focus.

Now I understand what all those agencies are doing to us.

Now you are as enlightened as I am!

Hey Now...do not talk about the Postal Service...We were "serviced" exceptionally well by our postman when we lived on Clerkenwell!! And remember the postman on Vetter who was there FOREVER until he retired...talk about service and kindness...actually, Lisa, you kind of look like him!!!! LOL Jenny, Now we know why God gave you BOYS!! Kristie, Eat chocolate when you cannot sleep. Although it has caffeine, it has some relaxer in it. Cara, congrats on being a grandma again. Our family has lots of November birthdays. February in KY is quite cold!!! Mickey, glad you got out for a while and glad you can now sit outside!!
