Spann, Jimmie Don

72, of Louisville passed away on Monday July 18, 2016. A native of McCracken Co. he was retired from the US Army and the security department at Churchill Downs. He was preceded in death by his wife, Janice Lee Spann. He is survived by a daughter, Jennifer Smith and a son, Steven Spann; brother Tommy Spann (Brenda); a sister, Brenda Urbina; and 7 grandchildren. Cremation of the remains was chosen. The family is in the care of the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son.
