Then airlifted to Lexington although having to land in Houston, Texas due to coding. She was pronounced dead. Her last wishes were to donate her body to medical research, which was done in Houston.  Her husband is a pastor in Danville, Ky."

We had so much fun together in school and church!  Linda, myself, Bonnie L. and Sandi O. were the bane of our Home Ec. teacher's existence!  I don't know why she didn't throw us out of class!  Linda and her
Dad used to take us flying in a piper cub around the city.  We had lots of 'overnights' and activities together.  When I went away to school, she and her husband ( a baker at the time) would leave a large bag of goodies, from Plehn's Bakery, to take back to the dorm after a weekend at home.  She was very thoughtful and always had a smile and something nice to say.  Will never forget her!
