Cliff had the biggest heart of just about anybody I knew. He would do anything for you. We sat next to each other in band and he would keep me laughing the whole period. I was going on tour with the Waggener Orchestra and my sax was in pretty bad shape, well, Cliff just bought a new sax and without a bit of hesitation he demanded I take his. Thats like borrowing someone`s car to take your family on vacation. Great man, great person and most of all a great friend, you will be sorely missed.

I was very saddened to only now find out, that a very, very old friend has left us for a "better place". I can truly say he was my oldest firend. His mother and father went through the War with my parents and they were life long friends. Cliff was the first friend that I met at about two years old and continued to grow up with. We weren't in touch much in the last number of years.....but he will never be forgotten and very much missed.

"God Speed Old Friend" and until we meet again, I shall remain your friend...Walt
