Graveside services for Verlon Ray Bobbitt, 86, of Lumberton will be 10:00 am Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at Resthaven Cemetery in Silsbee under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home. Visitation will be 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.

Mr. Bobbitt passed away June 10, 2017 at Altus Hospice The Gardens in Beaumont.

Verlon was a native of Buna and a long-time resident of Lumberton. He was a retired school teacher with Lumberton ISD.
