Was only at L.H.S. for two-and-a-half years, made few friends, a couple of whom I'm still in touch with, and had some good teachers. Otherwise, it was not an especially significant period in my life, except to confirm my desire to flee the suburbs at first opportunity. I have some credits as a musical theater writer, was Film Editor of The New York Native newspaper and a freelance film reviewer after that. I now run a free, neighborhood film series, Bob's Walk-In Drive-In, that's in its fifth year and I spend my weekends dancing to House music.
