Scott was one of our high school gang. Like most of my high school friends we graduated and went our separate ways. I was fortunate to have attended a lunch with Scott and most of the guys two years ago. It was good to see every one and have time to catch up. I was amazed to learn Scott had worked on the Alaskan pipe line. Not many of us experienced such an adventure. Scott was an everyday guy. I’m saddened to learn of his passing. May Scott rest in peace.
Bob and I would occasionally hang out at the Coliseum. He was just an every day guy who liked to have fun.
My condolences to Robert's family.
Laurie sat next to me in Homeroom. We talked every school day for three years. She was one of my bright spots during the school day. Sorry to say, I didn't see her after graduation, I hope she had a good and full life.
I am saddened by the loss of our classmate Paul. During high school I worked on Paul’s car, a cherished Studebaker I know he kept his entire life. On my way home late one evening several years ago I heard on the radio his younger brother dedicate a song to Paul and the car. I was going to contact Paul to see how life had been treating him, but sorry to say I never did. The loss of Paul from our class roster is another amputation to the body of Brush High’s class of 69. I will remember Paul with ‘…affirmation that the memories are lasting if the flesh is not.’
