How the days go by now. Happily retired, son getting married August 2021 and I may get lucky enough to be a Granddad! My life has been and is blessed. Looking forward with hope and happiness.

School Story:

Remember going to a formal ball with a great lady of those days, sat in so many damn wet and icy football games, and would give much to go back and do all again, one more time....

Then there were summer lunches. Everybody outside in the front on that stupid Eastern hill, playing a type of baseball, with nothing but a piece of white, splintered picket fence, and a tennis ball -- "Stick Ball"! Became a Brush tradition during the Summer. All I can say is, if you could hit that sucker of a tennis ball with that 2x4 bat, complete with white paint on it, you were the bomb!

Looking forward to our next get together. Gotta dig out the boxes with crap from YEARS ago to see what stupid stuff I've saved. Maybe just reading the yearbooks and signatures would be enlightening.
