Gerald Wayne Hopfauf  Jan. 12, 1951-Dec. 11, 2005 Gerald Wayne "Jerry" Hopfauf, 54, former Everett resident, was born in Elgin, North Dakota. Jerry grew up in Edmonds, Washington, and graduated from Meadowdale High School. He entered the military in June, 1969, and then joined the Army Reserve, serving 26 total years. He spent most of his life in the Edmonds/Everett, Washington area. In 2002 he moved to Butte, Montana. Gerald was buried in Mountain View Cemetery, Butte.
