Let Us Pause To Honor the Memory of
Linda Diane Hunt

 

Linda Diane Hunt, age 67, of Madison, Indiana entered this life on October 31, 1953 in Madison, Indiana. She was the loving daughter of the late William Harold and Helen L. Taylor Hunt. She was a 1971 graduate of Madison Consolidated High School. Linda married Tim Getz and was blessed with a daughter, Cherysh and a son, Ben. She enjoyed being a stay at home mom and homemaker for several years. She had resided in Lake Charles, Louisiana for several years and then in Springfield, Missouri for several years and returned to Madison for the rest of her life. She had worked for Hoosier Hills and Century 21 Real Estate offices. She last worked as a receptionist at NuYale Cleaners in Madison. She was a member of Lancaster Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading, growing plants and flowers, and fishing. Linda always enjoyed a good game of Pool and loved being with her children. Linda died on Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at 2:35 p.m. at her home in Madison, Indiana with her loving children at her side.

A LOVING FAMILY
Linda will be missed by her loving daughter, Cherysh Getz of Indianapolis, Indiana; her loving son, Ben Getz of Guilford, Indiana; her adoring granddaughter, Ellery Getz; her brother, Harold Randall Hunt and his wife Wanda of Madison, Indiana; her nieces, Lindsay and Lesley; her aunt, Dolores "Dopey" Oliver of Madison, Indiana;and her ex husband and father of her children, Tim Getz of Madison, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her father, William Harold Hunt, died May 9, 2008, her mother, Helen L. Taylor Hunt, died July 2, 2018, and her sister, Glennia Sue Hunt, died October 17, 1952.
