I graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX in 1983. My husband went to the University of Montana in Missoula and knew Ann Bolger.

Taking Sr. Alphonsine to Ken Kopps grocery store and she took her money out of her shoe to pay!

I remember state tournament in Milwaukee (my dad was a chaperone - HA!) My favorite teachers were Sister Suzanne Lorentz - Independent Reading and Sister Ruth Poochigian. Since my aunt was a Dominican and friends with all the nuns at EHS, I had to behave! Edgefest is also a fond memory, especially the Follies.

I've been with Merrill Lynch for 31 years.
I am now a two time breast cancer survivor.

I re-learned to ski as an adult and our favorite place is Big Mountain in Whitefish, Montana. We have land in NW Montana near the Canadian border and enjoy the remoteness and mountain views.

Last May, my sisters and I traveled to Costa Rica for my niece's wedding. I'd love to go back again!

I lived in San Antonio, Texas for 10 years and Fort Worth, Texas for 5 years.

We have a 120 lb Alaskan Malamute. He's pure joy in the snow! He has been my "therapy" dog since he was just a puppy when I was first diagnosed. I enjoy cycling, reading, shopping and downhill skiing.

The Merrill Lynch Grand Gala has raised over $3,000,000 since 2006 for local charitable organizations. I've been a part of this effort since inception and work on the silent auction each year which feeds my shopping addiction!

I will be participating in a fashion show to benefit UW Carbone Cancer Center. The "models" are all cancer survivors. This is so far out of my comfort zone but it's important for women to know there is life after a cancer diagnosis (or two).

In 2011, Susi Pike Hughes and I met at Ann Bolger's house in Missoula, Montana for a long weekend. It was great to catch up with each other and reminisce about EHS, etc.
