20th Reunion

THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!!

Your attendance made all of the efforts put into this worth it.  Thank you!!!  If you have pictures to download to the site go to "Edit/Upload Photos" and they'll show up on your profile page.  Please email me and I can send out an email letting everyone know you've put pictures up.  Please, if you took pictures, take the time to upload them.  I wish I would have gotten more photos from Saturday night.

RECAP:

Saturday night's turnout was great.  Craig drove back on his Harley from Louisiana so I'm voting him the "Most Dedicated" attendee.  Congratulations Craig!!!  Your prize is in the mail (don't hold your breath though).  Chuck and Deb Latta worked they're a$$es off keeping us served.  Kristen Fagen earned the "Earliest Intoxicated Award" after starting out at the beer tent and then being the first one to belly up to the bar at the bowling alley, although several of us quickly caught up to her.  Jimmy wins the "Hasn't Changed Much Since High School" award (personality wise, not physical appearance as he would tell you he's gained 5 or 10 pds since HS) after taking Raymon, Jenny (Raymon's girlfriend), and me on a 130 mile an hour drive jamming to Firehouse with beer in the car...my wife was very excited to hear about that!  After we drank the bowling alley out of alcohol we carried the fun to the beer tent, closed that down, then the dedicated drunks closed down Baldy's (the old Am Legion in the basement next to the VFW).  It was great to catch up and the bowling alley provided the perfect venue (especially with Bobby "C" hanging with us as well).

Sunday's family picnic was a great deal more relaxed and several of us needed it to be.  Photos below show Bonnie and Don Fandetti winning the "Most Likely to Procreate" award after trying to have a third child and getting blessed with twin, very curious and energetic, boys.  Mark Ross was runner up with 7 between he and his wife Laurie, although they were unable attend the picnic.  After eating and getting all the kids covered in poison ivy (not my fault by the way) on a short nature walk,  we took the below photos and then played some volleyball with Bonni Fandetti and Mark Morton winning the "Most Athletic" award; Mark for his skills and Bonni for sacrificing her jeans on multiple dives for the ball.  Overall it was a great turnout and a great opportunity to see some more people.

So now what's next???...Well a 25 year reunion for sure.  But in the meantime Jimmy's volunteered his place for his annual March bonfire and potentially a Labor Day bonfire as well.  Most importantly, in today's world of email and Facebook, we can keep in touch better than ever.  Please keep searching for those we didn't get in contact with and get them linked to me via email so we can include them in all the fun.  Again, I can't say enough about how your attendance made everything Peggy and I did WORTH IT!!!

Please Keep in Touch!

Mike
