Don: Happy Birthday. I cannot forget the photo taken by our 2nd grade teacher, Miss Wigren, of you and me in the playground at Bowers School. We each had a version of a Charley Brown t-shirt. Both skinny little kids. And now we're we're in our 80s, and counting. Hope to see you at the Class of '61 reunion gathering Wed 7/15/26 at Georgina's Restaurant, Bolton 4-8 p.m. I may not recognize you without the T-shirt. But we'll have IDs.
No golf! Part of the reason I'm still working fulltime is that I do not golf or have any other hobbies that I can do. And my boss approves of my work - sole practitioner, helps with my reviews.

Chief: Happy Birthday. Our Class of '61 had some noted graduates. You are one of the finest police officers, and chiefs, Manchester ever had. Hope you are enjoying the sun. Zero degrees here last night. Police cars out everywhere dealing with emergencies. We continue to have a superb police force. More noted for giving out toys at Christmas than anything else. Peace keepers.
Hope to see you at the Reunion at Georgina's on Wednesday 7/15/26 from 4 - 8. You can give us your take on recent events in law enforcement.

Dorothy. Happy Birthday on the 27th. Every time I say this, I see your amazing smile in your high school photo. I expect you still have the smile.
I am on the Class of 61 65th Reunion committee with Kathy Lewis Williams, Scott Huri, Bruce Bonadies, and Jason Stanfield. We are hoping for a good turnout of those still able to come. It is Wednesday 7/15/26 from 4 - 8 at the Georgina's Restaurant in Bolton. You would like the place - good food and ambience. We are trying to plan it so that there will be a lot of conversations going. Meet people you never knew. Maybe meet some you cannot recognize. After all, we're now 82 and counting. I want to hear from everyone attending about their views of our world since 1961. We must share the same world experiences. I think we should put a ban on any talk of our health, especially surgeries. Also, we must limit photos of grandchildren, even great grandchildren.
Reminds me: How are your beautiful girls?
Happy Birthday. (By the way, if you want to reach me - mbarlow@malcolmbarlow.com. Still working hard in my office. On a "feet first" retirement plan. Can't do anything else, nor want to.

Phyllis: Happy Birthday. Hope to see you at the 65th next summer. Malcolm
Happy Birthday Roger. Hope you enjoy being 82. I'm well into it, and I like it. Watched the Manchester Road Race on Thanksgiving. Thankful I was not running. A cold, windy day. Bright sun. Huge crowd in the race. Smaller crowd watching and cheering. Quintessential Manchester.
Sandra: Happy Birthday. Hope all is well.
Dorothy: Tried a new way to tell you Happy Birthday on this site. Not sure it worked. So, am trying this. The sentiment remains - Happy Birthday. Hope you and your daughters well.
Roger: Happy Birthday. You'll like being 81. Hope all is well with you and yours. Have a great Holiday.
Fran was a beautiful soul. I did not know that she could also sing wonderfully until she came back to Manchester to be with her mother and sister Cynthia. Fran's life could fill a book or more. So many adventures. So many good children.

Larry last spoke with me May 16. We only touched on the law - our usual topic. Larry talked mainly that day about his family and a bit about sports. Larry knew my daughter, Atty. Cynthia Barlow, from their work in criminal court. Both did defense work. Cynthia always found Larry a great guy for talk about law and life. She had great respect for him, and his devotion to his clients.
My high school recollections of Larry was as a smart and funny guy. We went to UConn Law about the same time. We practiced in different regions and in different fields of the law. But our paths crossed often enough for us to keep track of each other. I was very fond of Larry. A kind and decent man.
I will miss Larry Bates.
Sandra: Happy birthday. I have been running into our classmates more often of late. All good people. Larry Bates for one. This afternoon I met Suzanne d'Avignon, now Berwick, also a good person. You are among the best of our Class of '61. Hope all is well with you and Frank.
Happy Birthday Michael. Have I ever mentioned to you my thanks for your sister Susan marrying me 56 years ago. Major game changer. So, thanks.

Hank: Happy Birthday on the 28th. When I remember at first, I see you playing basketball for the Indians (now Red Hawks). What I recall best is your career with the Manchester Police Department. You became Manchester's chief, and maybe our best. Our police department remains exemplary. My nephew-in-law, Dan Doyon, has been a proud member of the local blue line.
Hope you enjoy your day.
George: Happy birthday. Hope all is well with your 79th year. Please say hello to my favorite SBM teller - Margaret.
