It is a very imformative website. I love the school colours utilized on this website. It resonates well with my rememberance of the "good, old school days!" I am sure this will allow friends to reconnect with each other.

I went to school in 1976 to 1979. We were the first batch of students who entered the school and the excitement was very high. These were really the golden years of my school days as the school was extremely disciplined, how could I forget Mr. Walters??? The students were mainly from the surrounding communities therfore they were not stangers to us. I could not wait to get to school in the mornings. We were such an excited batch of student as a new school came in the area. It was Cross Keys Secondary then. I was a member of the prefect body.

We walked to school and back but sometimes to alleviate the pressure on the legs we were happy to get a lift on even tractors. At school I made friends with Rosalie Davis, Berwyn Bent and Victor Hamilton. Where are they now, by the way?

My favourite story? Well, that is definitely a hiking trip when we visited Guts River. The trip was planned by a club within the school and Nurse Garcia went with us. We went through a place called Kunno Valley...not sure of the spelling. We went to the River and we cooked primitive style. Going down was very exciting but coming back was an up hill task. I remember hurting my toes until they bled, stumbling all over the place. I Just could not wait to get back to school. When we got back it was very dark. That time we were not really scared of anything but I am not so sure if we could take this chance in 2010 without police protection!!!

I am trying to remember what else happend....Oh, my favourite subject was Mathematics and Mr. Allen was my teacher. That is it for now....
