 A bunch of us are staying at the Microtel after the meal.  I called them to see if we could hold an event after we finish up at the Legion Hall.

I was thinking about a cocktail hour at 7:00 or 8:00 with BYOB and munchies to end the night.  The place can accommodate a small crowd for a small fee and we can serve our own drinks and food.  The guy I talked to said between $45 and $100 depending on the numbers to use their function room.  

If you are interested let me know so that I can confirm.

 Sounds great.  I am interested to find out if others are staying at the Microtel.  If we have 10 rooms there the function room is free.

I'll book the room.  It can hold about 25 people before it gets crowded. The hotel says we can have more people though.

I think we must have 10 rooms so it won't cost us anything.
