My thoughts and prayers are with Roland Proulx and his family.  Not many people know but Roland worked part-time at the Manchester Airport Crash Rescue Fire Station since 1991.  This past year he has bravely battled lung cancer and as Debbie has stated he was moved to hospice a couple of days ago.  Please keep Roland and his family in your thoughts and prayers.

Wow, that is so sad about Ricky. He was always so big and strong, it's amazing someone like that can die so young. So sad.

Said goodbye to Roland Proulx today at his funeral.  The Manchester Airport Crash Rescue Firefighters gave him a honorable wake and funeral to recognize his service and dedication.  Please keep Roland's family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.  Great to see Debbie Leathers Pepper there with her husband.

Thanks for the news Shawn. Roland will be missed. God bless his family may they find the courage that Roland exhibited through his ordeal and have health and long life.

Hi all, haven't been here in a while also. Was at a loss for words about Roland. Thank you Shawn for passing on the news I just couldn't do it. What a loss......As far as my injury goes, I'm about healed, found out I broke my foot in two places and had a bad sprain ontop of it. Out of the cast and walking somewhat normal now. The last get together was still worth it, had a blast and can't wait to do it again (minus the injury). Hope Joni made it back home O.K. , haven't heard from her.  What's up Joni? Hope everyone enjoyed Thanksgiving and all are looking forward to the next holiday. Keith, does signing off with Aolha mean your off on the island or just wishful thinking? I am dreaming of getting to a warmer climate myself, by the first of the year my husband and I will both be out of work as they are closing the doors for good where we work. A new chapter in life to continue the journey........I am from the class of 79, strong willed, and will conquer what life throws at me.

They delivered their first born 3 years earlier in there bathroom , this one was born in their car . First time was encridblle but the second time you have to say Wow. I am so proud of my son for delivering two healthy baby girls to me.

Been awhile since i been on the message forum. Hello everyone. I was shocked to read about roland Proulx and ricky derossi. I played alot of athletics with ricky and worked with him for awhile. He was a good guy and to me will be missed. A good roland story from long ago remember when school had that challenge of the stars when we had to do the running, pushups, javelin throwing , all the stuff like the t.v show at that time? Well he was doing these things in the same class as i was in and he was incredible with how good he was at doing all the things they asked us to do. He was a pullup machine.
