Mark Gerhardt, 33, Kissimmee, FL., and formerly of Mandan, died June 26, 2000 in a local hospital of natural causes. Services were held at Cathedral of the Holy Spirit, Bismarck, with the Rev. David Richter celebrant. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Bismarck.

 

Mark was born July 31, 1966 in Bismarck, the son of George and Linda (Lockner) Gerhardt. He was raised and educated in Mandan, graduating from Mandan High School.

 

Mark moved to Florida to work for Tschida Apiaries. While in Florida he attended college from 1990-1994. Mark also worked at Disney World as an audio-visual technician.

 

He enjoyed the time he spent on his grandpa and grandma’s farm and especially like his job at Disney.

 

Mark is survived by his parents, George and Linda, Bismarck; two brothers, George J., Hastings, NE., and Scott, Mandan; his grandparents, Joe and Eva Lockner, Fort Rich, and several aunts and uncles; many cousins and a special friend, Joyce LaChapelle, Bismarck.

 

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, George and Helen Gerhardt.
