Christine Howells Reed

I joined the Eugene J. McCarthy campaign in 1968 and that decision changed my life completely. I switched from being a chemistry major to a government major at Connecticut College, went on to get a Ph.D. in political science at Brown, and then worked in government at the local, state and federal levels until I moved to Nebraska with my husband, B.J. in 1982. We both took faculty positions in the School of Public Administration,and we have been here ever since!
