Its funny how your life ever comes out the way you intended. I always told myself I never wanted to marry a farmer. I wanted a house full of children and I never wanted to work in education. Guess what! It didn't happen. Not only have I been married to a farmer for 22 years, he was our #1 football enemy....He was a football player and graduate of Nathan Bedford Forrest Academy in Forrest City.
God had other plans for me with children. Even though I didn't have any of my own, I have 1700 adopted children. I'm the Registrar at MSCC in West Memphis, (which I never thought I would be working in education since it was not high on my list) their ages are from 16 to 85. Some stay with me for two years and others only stay a year. Even though life didn’t turn out the way I planned, I would not trade it for anything.
