I am currently living in Warren AR, where I am a nurse at a local nursing home. How I ended up here, don't ask its a long story. My mother moved to Baltimore MD in 2000 on a job transfer. Oct. 2, 2007 she was diagnosed with leukemia and is continuing the battle to this day. She had a bone marrow transplant on March 18th and everything went well. She was readmitted to the hospital Aug 1st with a very dangerous virus attacking her lungs, small intestines, colon, and liver. She is currently on a ventilater at this time to allow her lungs to rest. It has been a very difficult time for us but we are just taking it one day at a time. I am in Baltimore with her at this time. Other than that, there is really not anything else going on for me nor do I have the time to worry about anything else.
