Danny Stephen Key, II, 44, of Martinsville passed unexpectedly from this life on Thursday, June 26, 2014. He was the son of Danny Stephen and Janyce Maria (Mayo) Key born in Danville, Indiana on December 7, 1969.

 

Danny lived his entire life in Morgan County and graduated from Martinsville High School with the class of 1988. He had worked as a carpenter and painter most of his adult life and had a real knack for wheeling and dealing. He took pleasure in riding 4-wheelers, mushroom and ginseng hunting and playing guitar. Those who were blessed enough to know Danny could attest to his generous and kind spirit and willingness to always help others.

 

He will be sadly missed by his parents, Danny and Janyce Key of Martinsville and his extended family including several aunts, uncles and cousins.

 

The family will be gathering for a private ceremony in remembrance of Danny at a later date.
