I had 40 happy productive years with the love of my life until he died in 2002. I taught school in San Leandro CA and raised 4 wonderful children. After Bill's death my daughter and I moved to Charlotte NC to be closer to her brothers. We all (except Chris) live within 50 miles of one another and are able to visit frequently. That also makes it easier to see my grandsons. My lifework now is to try to help students in reading and math at Sylvan Learning Center in Rock Hill SC where we now live. I also do SAT, ACT, and high school certification. It is a very busy and fulfilling job.
